The home owner called us to help them redesign their home's landscaping.  The old plant arrangement did not work the home and distracted the eye.  The simple new design acts as a backdrop for the beautiful structural features of the building's exterior.  The large spaces between the sidewalk and home are sectioned with flagstone and filled with a mass planting of colorful shrubs.  

A big part of this renovation was the switch from river rock (which did not match this home's exterior) to mulch.  Removing rock is a very labor intensive process, much more so than installing rock.  And while our team laid the mulch, the client did all of the rock removal themselves!  This is very impressive and I want to make sure they receive full credit for that part of the install.
